My approach is simple: we slow it all down. We get curious instead of controlling. We work with your body instead of pushing against it. And we take steps so small that your nervous system actually feels safe enough to follow. I’ll be your guide, your cheerleader, your co-regulator, and your mirror. Less pressure. More presence. About Dani Fagan

I’m Dani, a trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher, and a mind-body recovery coach. I lived with chronic pain, fatigue, and a long list of mystery symptoms for years, until I learned how to regulate my nervous system, feel my emotions safely, and rebuild trust in my body. Now, I help others do the same.

Over the years, I’ve supported thousands of people to move out of survival mode and into a life that feels lighter, freer, and actually theirs.

A massive win!
