The recovery protocols I follow are similar to those outlined by Dr. John Sarno that have been adapted and updated with the latest neuroscience and nervous system regulation practices for a combined mind and body ("top-down" and "bottom-up") approach to holistically healing chronic conditions and typically include a combination of the following elements.

I am a certified trauma-informed yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher and mind-body recovery coach specialising in the care of folks in the chronic condition/mind-body medicine community. I healed years of chronic pain, multiple distressing symptoms and anxiety, and have helped thousands of others using these exact principles by harnessing the power of the nervous system to heal chronic symptoms by getting out of sustained survival mode.
