This self-paced on-demand course teaches you how to get curious about your emotions and learn how the body feels as it processes them. We can't think our way out of the nervous system dysregulation that causes chronic mind-body symptoms, we must access, move and dilute that stuck emotional energy that we hold inside.
Let me show you how to build a greater connection to your emotional world through guided self-inquiry and somatics, notice how and why you react to triggers and bring awareness to the messages within them.
Over 12 sessions we will strengthen your mind-body connection and connect emotions with bodily sensations from a compassionate and safe perspective. Together we will explore our feelings somatically and safely move and breathe through a variety of nervous system settling practices to stop thinking and start feeling!

Unique journaling practices that differ in each class including exercises and prompts to strengthen your self-awareness and emotional connection.
Each masterclass is 1-hour long, and you also get separate audio-only files of the closing meditations. Lifetime access to all online content + audio files are downloadable.

Each class is 60 minutes long and includes meditation, emotional expression exercises and various self-soothing or somatic expression practices. The meditations are also available to download as audio-only and are between 8 and 15 minutes long each.

A massive emotional release.
Dani's created such a safe space here. It is the perfect setup, with initial grounding exercise, a feeling exercise and then exercises for soothing and shifting into a regulated state at the end. I learnt so much. It’s really helpful how she shares her experience, and to hear her talk about sensations, and how feelings move through the body. First of all just wow! I just did your embodiment class and it was amazing!! I’ve been stuck with feeling my emotions & embodiment, there has definitely been a lot of resistance there, but I actually felt sensations during ur masterclass, the whole guided practice made me feel confident & proud. Feeling are meant to be FELT!
YES!! This is exactly what I was missing. I didn’t realise feelings were meant to be FELT. Amazing how much I was feeling in my body for the first time! The intensity passed so quickly. I feel kinda lighter too.

So easy and so safe
This was my first time attending any of your classes. During the initial meditation, the tears began to gently flow. Then during the writing prompts, I discovered other emotions that had been wanting attention. I have challenges with expressing emotions and found it so easy and safe to be in this space and release.
