I am a certified trauma-informed yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher and mind-body recovery coach specialising in the care of the chronic condition/mind-body medicine community. Pain relief and release of muscle tension

The missing link in my healing
Dani, it was amazing! You always manage to find a way to be the missing link in my healing journey ❤️ A lot came up for me in the sessions and by the end, I felt peace and a calm I’ve not felt in weeks. The perfect setup
Dani's created such a safe space here. It is the perfect setup, with grounding exercises, emotional exercises and then exercises for soothing and shifting into a regulated state at the end. I learnt so much. It’s really helpful how she shares her experience, and to hear her talk about sensations, and how feelings move through the body. Thank you Dani, I’m certain this will be a big step towards my healing from ME/CFS. You say so many things I need to hear that I never realized. You are just wonderful, and I love your style. First of all just wow! I just did your emotional embodiment class and it was amazing!! I’ve been stuck with feeling my emotions & embodiment, there has definitely been a lot of resistance there, but I actually felt sensations during ur masterclass, the whole guided practice made me feel confident & proud. Absolute bliss
Dani's restorative yoga is absolute bliss. I felt connected to my body through her guidance and the space she created was exactly what I needed - the music, her voice, the pace, her directions - it honestly couldn't have been better. The personal element she adds is lovely and the fact she understands the pressures we put on ourselves, as someone who deals with TMS, was really helpful. The most relaxed I've been

An incredible part of my recovery formula
I’ve been on a massive recovery journey from TMS pain and PTSD, doing a lot of work, physically and mentally and Dani’s resources are an important and incredible part of my recovery formula. Her Inner Child work provided a very healing breakthrough experience and a major shift. Deep sleep
My insomnia skyrocketed recently nad I was hoping your resources would help calm my nervous system. I joined your monthly membership and tried your latest Nidra class last night. 8 hours of deep sleep ensued! Very powerful
That class was very powerful. Dani has a natural talent for this. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first experience, and it did not disappoint. Sometimes I worry that I don't quite have the imagination for such guided imagery but somehow I was able to have the full experience.
