I am a certified trauma-informed yoga, breathwork and mediation teacher specialising in the care of the chronic condition/mind-body medicine community, having healed from years of chronic pain and many other mind-body symptoms and severe anxiety using these gentle and practical tools myself. My approach to mind-body yoga, meditation and breathwork combines traditional yogic practices, somatics and trauma release exercises that harness the power of the nervous system to help you recover from chronic symptoms by guiding you to create a place of safety and out of perpetual survival mode.
My Mind-Body Yoga School is ideal for anyone looking to bring more compassion, ease and enjoyment into their healing work, anyone who wants to learn how to self-soothe, learn to trust their body in movement again or just needs some space to themselves to feel understood, safe and present.

This was powerful for me
I loved the session Dani, I felt really in my body which is hard for me most times. The shaking was powerful for me, I imagined me letting go of a traumatic childhood fear. Tapping into my power and not allowing the fear to freeze me. It felt freeing. I also loved the meditation and feeling a sense of victory. Such a powerful feeling. Pain relief and release of muscle tension
Thank you for this wonderful free trial! It came at the exact right moment for me during a very stressful time and week. I have been learning about the mind-body approach to healing through other resources and it has helped me tremendously; not necessarily with the pain but with helping me not be so afraid. Easy and safe space to release
This was my first time attending a class. During the initial meditation the tears began to gently flow. I discovered other emotions that had been wanting attention. I have challenges with expressing emotions and found it so easy and safe to be in this space and release. I look forward to future sessions.

Absolute bliss
Dani's restorative yoga class was absolute bliss. I felt connected to my body through her guidance and the space she created was exactly what I needed - the music, her voice, the pace, her directions - it honestly couldn't have been better. The personal element she adds is lovely and the fact she understands the pressures we put on ourselves, as someone who deals with TMS, was really helpful. The most relaxed I've been
Thank you so much - I absolutely loved it! That is the most relaxed I’ve been in the last two weeks, which has been permanent fight/flight/pain. I know that I have the skills to come through this, and I completely believe that it’s a mindbody condition and not anything physical. An incredible part of my recovery formula
I’ve been on a massive recovery journey from TMS pain and PTSD, doing a lot of work, physically and mentally and Dani’s classes are an important and incredible part of my recovery formula. Her Yoga Nidra class on Inner Child work provided a very healing breakthrough experience and a major shift. I had been working on it for a while, but hadn’t been able to attain this level of healing integration and shift. I can’t wait to explore more classes. Thank you, Dani!
Deep sleep
My insomnia skyrocketed recently nad I was hoping your Yoga would help calm my nervous system. I joined you monthly membership and tried your latest Nousihing Nidra class last night. 8 hours of deep sleep ensued! Also, what you said about constantly trying to fix my body is so true, it made me stop and remember to love my body! Thank you so much for this!
Very powerful
That class was very powerful. Dani has a natural talent for this. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first experience with yoga nidra, and it did not disappoint. Sometimes I worry that I don't quite have the imagination for such guided imagery but somehow I was able to have the full experience.
A feeling of safety
This class gave me exactly the feeling of safety that I needed to allow a release/acceptance of sensations, and trust a little more movement where in areas my brain had believed were dangerous. One small step forward! Thanks so much helping my body to heal, and replenishing hope for more positive change!!
The meditation was excellent!
When you had us put our hands over our chest to get in our safe place it really resonated with me. I don't know why, but I started doing that about a year ago when I experience muscle freezing and found this to help. The meditation at the end of today's class was excellent!
