Curable is like a TMS recovery coach in your pocket, offering hundreds of carefully curated podcasts, lessons, videos and exercises to help you along your healing journey. It includes meditations, breathing techniques and writing exercises specifically created to address the many different types of chronic pain. The format is kind of quirky, which took some getting used to at first as the content is delivered to you in a chatbox type format from a digital assistant.
They offer each varied piece of content and advice in a step by step format, with the first handful of lessons being free of charge. I'll be honest I haven't signed up for the paid version as yet to be able to give you a full and in-depth review, but I can see how and why this is a great tool for many. I do however know plenty of people that use it and have found a great deal of knowledge, guidance and healing from it.
Curable also has a Facebook page, with lots of new content being posted there also (for free) regularly. Most recently they've been posting some live webinar-style videos with experts which I've really enjoyed. I love their Podcasts too, with regular interviews, success stories and inspirational content to help guide you through your recovery.
