In this episode of Your Stories, we dive a little deeper and more vulnerable into my story, sharing parts of my recovery I don't think I've mentioned much before.
From the many symptoms I've experienced throughout my life (IBS, bloating, headaches, nausea, vertigo, tinnitus, insomnia, back pain etc etc) to finding mind-body medicine healing, doing the work, finding my real voice, setting boundaries, standing up for myself, dropping perfectionism and working towards self-acceptance and love. It's a long episode, grab a snack and get comfy!
