I just love Dan Ratner's message and his approach to the mind-body connection. And the tools and resources he offers to the community to make a full and powerful recovery from chronic conditions and the emotional impact that fuels them. But honestly, mostly perhaps selfishly for me - is his amazing warm energy. I was really excited to be invited onto his brilliant podcast - Crushing Doubt to chat about my own story and offer a little light-hearted encouragement and insight into what worked for me.
In this conversation we briefly cover the history of my chronic back pain story, the work I did to heal myself (namely JournalSpeak by Nicole Sachs LCSW), and what's happened since that point, building this website resource and community and my Yoga for TMS work.
But the stuff I loved the most is how much our stories mirror eachother, from way back then to the right now today, we have a lot of similarities in our journies and our excitement for the service and support we provide is a profoundly special connection that I really cherish.
Check it out, links to all the resources we talk about that helped me heal are all below. Also, check out my RESOURCES section for lots more healing inspiration. My episode of me interviewing him on my channel can be found here.
