One of the most common sticking points I hear about in this community is the difficulty that so many have to connect to their emotional body, their somatic selves, where all our stress energy resides.
We can seemingly "easily" tell the stories of our stressors, but to go inwards and feel our emotions physically within our bodies can seem impossible for so many of us. Unfortunately, we can't THINK our way out of the chronic nervous system dysregulation that causes our chronic mind-body symptoms. However, when we can connect our feelings with our bodily sensations from a compassionate safe perspective, we can access, move and dilute that stuck stress energy we hold inside.
This 12-part online masterclass series is a gentle way to get curious about your emotions and learn how the body feels as it processes them. Enquiring within about the way we react to stressors, uncovering our triggers, understanding why they exist and what messages they are trying to tell us.
Together we explore our emotions somatically and safely move and breathe through a variety of nervous system settling practices.
