I found this Recovery Tool quite early on in my TMS recovery journey, created by Alan Gordon LCSW (Executive Director of The Pain Psychology Centre in California) and hosted on the fabulously jam-packed recovery resource website TMS Wiki.
I started the 21-day program myself, on a day I was having level 10 pain flares and could barely walk, I was desperate for help. By the time I completed it (I binged most of it all in one sitting) my symptoms were reduced by around 70%. This was the first time that this had happened to me and I couldn't believe it!
Its concise and to-the-point chapters take you through different simple steps with detailed examples in video or audio format of how to tap into your symptoms and understand their subtle messages with great practical exercises. These big shifts can give you such a boost in belief and hope for recovery and much-needed encouragement to keep going.
Gain control and understanding of your symptoms from real-life examples, and shift your focus from fear to acceptance with this awesome tool, a simple-to-follow key resource to understanding triggers and successful healing!
