This week I offered a guided meditation for my yoga class members centred around the transitional time of year that the Winter Solstice represents. Giving us the opportunity to focus on what we would like to release, let go of and change in our lives going forward.
I thought it would be a nice idea to edit the part of the recording out and share it here for you all to enjoy, no matter what time of the year it is. Grab your headphones, find a warm and comfortable spot to lie down and just listen.
