Another one of my go-to Sarah Blondin meditations, this is a little longer than a usual guided meditation which I LOVE, when you think she might be finishing she keeps on giving and you keep on sinking. Filled with stunningly poetic words and deeply resonating sounds of rumbling thunder, she speaks right to your heart and soothes like a warm embrace.
