Last week I introduced my class members to Yoga Nidra. If you've never tried it before, it's basically a super relaxing long meditation, involving visualisation, awareness techniques, embodiment and affirmation mantras.
I thought it would be a nice idea to share this section of the class to give you a taster of what goes on in our live classes. This part of the class was right at the end of the meditative movement section, where we wind down, absorb all the energy we created in class and dive deep into relaxation to further settle the nervous system into rest and repair.
Grab your headphones, find a warm and comfortable spot to lie down and just listen. Perfect to practice before bedtime.
