As usual, I'm rather late to the party in sharing this one, I seem to have a queue of content to share and often get caught up in all the plate spinning that it takes some time for "new" stuff I'm doing actually to find its way to my website these days.
Alas! Here it is... a brilliantly insightful conversation with Dr Andrea Moore. She asked some really great questions and has the best sense of humour and loveable energy, I felt like I could have sat with her for hours comparing notes and being scatterbrained ADHDers trying to remember what we're talking about.
We share a lot of the same approaches to mind-body work, and there are a few "aha" moments in this conversation you won't want to miss! I love how her approach comes from a very empowering place, about returning to our authentic selves, embracing self-expression and realising just how much is holding us back from living our most rewarding lives.
