For months I've used this meditation after daily journaling. Honestly, I am yet to find one that works better for me. Whether you're a pro at meditating or you've never tried it, this is super easy to follow and enjoy.
This is a guided meditation, so it includes lots of suggested visualisations and really gets your imagination involved, whilst keeping you in a safe and sedated state. Juliana from Boho Beautiful always includes plenty of positive encouraging words in her meditations, to uplift and soothe you into a deep sense of relaxation and peace. She has the most angelic voice, if you're anything like me, you have to like (and in some way resonate with) the voice you're listening to whilst meditating, to allow yourself to properly connect and relax. She has many other great meditations on her YouTube channel. Put your headphones in, turn your phone notifications off, lie down somewhere you can fully disconnect, let your guard down and just follow her voice.
